Assistant Professor Tuğba Topal, a faculty member of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Karadeniz Technical University, attended the In Situ Sequencing (ISS) training organized by KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Stockholm), one of Sweden’s leading universities.

In this three-day international program, to which only 24 researchers were admitted, the spatial analysis of gene expression at the cellular level was covered through hands-on laboratory work and data analysis sessions.
