An online seminar titled “Viral Vaccines and Vaccine Technologies” was organized within the scope of the course MBGL7083 – Antiviral Drugs and Viral Vaccines. Assistant Professor Mustafa Ozan Atasoy, a faculty member in the Department of Preclinical Sciences, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Sivas Cumhuriyet University, participated as the guest speaker.

In his seminar, Dr. Atasoy delivered a comprehensive presentation on viral vaccine development processes, modern vaccine technologies, the mechanisms of action of different vaccine types, and current research approaches. He also shared key insights on the relationship between antiviral drugs and vaccine technologies, next-generation platforms, and future vaccine strategies.

With strong student participation, the online event concluded with a Q&A session in which participants’ questions were addressed in detail.
