According to the QS World University Rankings: Europe 2026, our University has reinforced its place among Europe’s most prestigious higher education institutions by achieving major leaps across many key indicators.

In the QS European University Rankings, where our University was placed in the 551–600 band last year, we achieved a significant success this year by rising to the 531–540 band. In the ranking, where our Overall Score—reflecting our general performance—was recorded as 20.4, notable score increases in strategic areas stood out.

Global Competitiveness in Employability: Up 21 Places!

One of our University’s most striking achievements was in the Employment Outcomes category, which reflects the success and employability of our graduates in the professional world.

• Our score increased from 21.4 last year to 40.6 this year.

• With this substantial rise in score, our University climbed 21 places to reach 273rd place in Europe.

These results demonstrate that our University’s diploma is becoming increasingly valuable not only in Türkiye but also in the international job market.

Record Growth in Sustainability and Scientific Research

Our University has stood out not only in education but also in many fields that shape the future of the world. In the Sustainability category, our score rose dramatically from 2.5 last year to 57.4 this year, highlighting our strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility initiatives.

In the International Research Network category, which measures the strength of scientific collaborations, our score increased from 12.8 to 41.5. This achievement is seen as a result of our University’s cross-border academic partnerships and its deep integration with the global scientific community.
